How many cameras do I actually need?
Most homes are covered by 2 to 4, a shop by 2 to 6, an office floor by 4 to 8. It depends on entry points more than on the size of the property. Send us a photo or a rough sketch and we'll tell you where they should go.
Do you install them?
Yes, across Jharkhand, at a separate charge that depends on your location and the number of cameras. Ask when you enquire and we'll tell you the exact cost upfront — no surprises after you've paid.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects on every product we sell. Keep your bill — your order number is all we need to raise a claim.
Do you deliver outside Jharkhand?
We install within Jharkhand only, but we ship products anywhere in India with the same warranty. Delivery is a flat ₹70 per order — see our Shipping Policy for timelines.
What if something arrives damaged?
